Susan York
Education Specialist
Susan is the Education Advisor for EIW. She retired after working in public education for 30 years as a special education and reading teacher. Her primary career focus has been in the areas of reading and English language arts, with an emphasis on alternative learning strategies and student academic support. After retirement, Susan began her work with Missouri State University as the Assistant Director and Curriculum Specialist for the Adult Education and Literacy program. She enjoys working with students as they explore the curriculum and discover their own natural talents and abilities, then apply them in creative ways.
